Returns and refunds

If an item arrives damaged or wrong, contact Vidyut Candles within 24 hours of delivery with photos and videos and we'll arrange a replacement or refund. Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 7 days unless the product page says otherwise. Refunds for online payments go back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days of approval.
